I would say showing up for class on time would be as important
as anything else that way I can know what we will be doing that day and what I need
to know if there is an emergency that would require me to leave before the
class ends. This would also allow me to track the homework that was assigned,
while ensuring I have my notes so I can be ready for any discussion and test/quiz.
I will have my phone on silent/vibrate that way my dad or anyone that I know
can get ahold of me if it is an emergency. I know that I should have it fully
off, however hardly anyone follows this rule. There are only a few individuals
at CVCC that have my dad’s number in case he needs to get ahold of me.
